Welcome to Equinox Veil. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our print-on-demand journals through equinoxveil.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you place an order on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Orders and Pricing

  1. All journals are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.
  2. Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
  3. Payment is processed securely via the method you select.

3. Production and Shipping

  • Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • We provide tracking information once your journal ships.

4. Cancellations

Because each journal is custom-printed, you may cancel or modify an order only within 1 hours of purchase. After this window, production will have started and we cannot guarantee changes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective journals. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on equinoxveil.com, including designs, text, artwork, and logos, is owned by Equinox Veil or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our journals are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement beyond those required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equinox Veil’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the latest revision will appear at the top. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
