All Equinox Veil products are lovingly printed and shipped on demand from our fulfillment partner in North Carolina. This allows us to create each item just for you, with care and intention.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to keep rates fair and transparent.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll make it right.

Address Issues
